Located in a quite cottage in Frome, Anna is a licensed Level 5 Sports + Remedial Massage Therapist whose focus is to bring balance to the body by releasing physical tension, intuitively blending holistic massage with a variety of advanced remedial techniques.

Each treatment may include a combination of holistic/therapeutic massage, soft/deep tissue manipulation, trigger-point therapy, acupressure, myofascial release, passive or active mobilisations/stretches, neuromuscular techniques, muscle energy technique (MET), hot stone application and postural/movement assessments.

With over 10 years of experience, Anna continues to explore how both therapists and clients can utilize the body's innate healing ability to encourage pain-free movement and enhance vitality in everyday life.

Anna has over 10 years experience as a Holistic Massage therapist, before qualifying as a Level 5 Sports & Remedial Therapist in 2023. Additional training includes the 1st year of Traditional Chinese Medicine and 5-Element Acupuncture, fascial unwinding & energy awareness, pregnancy and post-natal massage, specialized deep-tissue work, Thai massage techniques and is a qualified ScarWork™ practitioner.
